I don’t care if my microwave can stream Netflix movies if it won’t heat up my Hot Pockets.
I am so tired of the terrible, awful, shockingly bad service I experience from AT&T on a daily basis. Thus, I have decided to document it on a new group blog. I encourage you to join me - hit me up (kate spencer UCB AT the gmailz) and join to start sharing your shit AT&T moments with the world.
My goal is that maybe, with enough bad press, they’ll do something about the garbage service they give loyal (read: trapped) customers. And if not, at least we can have fun ruining them in the process before we all jump ship back to Verizon.
