This blog now serves a lot of different purposes, but I still use it primarily to document my consumption of new (to me) movies, books, and theatre.  A year ago, I totaled my 2008 consumption.

In 2009: (2008 numbers in parentheses)

I watched 20 movies in the theater. (20)

I watched 67 movies on DVD/DVR. (47)

I saw 20 plays/musicals. (8)

I read 17 books. (27)

I clearly slacked on reading this year.  I attribute that to both my New Yorker subscription and my three-month-long obsession with Ka-Glom! on my Blackberry.  And possibly the fact that I saw TWENTY more movies on DVD this year than last and TWELVE more plays.  Still, I should read more in 2010.
