Pitching LOST
The authors of LOST supposedly knew the ending to their series all along. This is how I figure the original pitch must have gone.
LOST GUYS: There will be a huge branching mythology with monsters, time travel, death, romance, god-like characters, classically flawed human characters, and an island filled with world-altering secrets.
ABC: That sounds awesome. How will it end?
